Apparition of the King of Mercy on January 25, 2023
above the well Maria Annuntiata at the house of Jerusalem

We are all bathed in a beautiful golden light. A large golden sphere of light accompanied by two smaller golden spheres of light float in the sky in the air in front of us. The large sphere opens and the Infant Jesus emerges from this sphere in the form of Prague. He wears a large golden crown and His hair is dark brown, curled short. The King of Mercy has blue eyes. The Infant Jesus wears a red robe and the red cloak of His Precious Blood. The heavenly King carries a great golden scepter in His right hand and in His left hand the Vulgate (holy scriptures).

Now the other two smaller spheres of light open and two angels dressed in white emerge from these spheres of light. The angels kneel before the King of Mercy and spread His cloak over us. We are safe under His cloak. It is pitched like a tent over us. The Infant Jesus blesses us:

"In the name of the Father and of the Son - that is Me - and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."

The heavenly King takes His scepter to His heart and says:

Behold, I am the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world! Dear friends, pray and remain faithful to Me. My work became visible with Paul. Whoever opens his heart and turns to me, I call him and so every soul can change from Saul to Paul. The Holy Scriptures are the Word of the Eternal Father and My Word. You must not depart from them! Paul loved My Word. So you may see the Holy Scriptures as a whole: The Old and the New Testament. It is man's history of salvation and my work and the work of the Father in whom I am entirely. The priesthood, too, must not be viewed in isolation from the Old Testament. Hear My Word!”

The Lord speaks to me in silence about the coming eschatological miracle of the pillar of cloud and fire. In the Bible we find this pillar in the Old Testament in the book of Exodus. The divine child continues to speak about the mountain on which Moses had the encounter with God. The mountain was shrouded in a large cloud and a large fire. This was the great presence of the Eternal Father. Moses received the Ten Commandments from God on the mountain. God appointed Moses, who was allowed to go to Him on the mountain top, and later Aaron, who was called by God as a priest. No other person, no relatives, no matter how important, were allowed to go to the top of the mountain (Holy Scripture, Exodus 19:16-25). The merciful Child reminds me that this was the beginning of a very special holy priesthood. We are to recognize that the priesthood was instituted by God and not by man. In our coming time, it is not without reason that God chooses the pillar of cloud and fire as a miracle. God is recognized by many people in this sign, but also hereby refers to the book of Exodus in the Bible, in particular to the liberation from worldly slavery, the 10 commandments and the holy priesthood. That is how the King of Mercy explained to me.

Then the Vulgate is opened by an invisible hand. I see the scripture passage: Paul, Romans 1:18 and the following. The Word shines down to us. We are all surrounded by bright light.

The King of Mercy approaches and says:

Now I will show you something for the time to come. Pius V was a faithful friend, as was to Me Benedict XVI, your rock.”

The Lord shows me a long writing and says people would call it the Mass of All Time. The writing was so extensive that I could recognize it but not memorize word for word. Once again the merciful child confirmed to me that this was for the time to come.

The King of Mercy speaks:

"She was requested!"

Benedict XVI is with him, the heavenly king confirms it to me and says:

Benedict XVI, your rock, was greatly despised for his merciful spiritual gifts. Behold this. He was faithful to the Holy Scriptures, to the Father and to Me. Now he prays very much for the church. Call for his assistance.” (Own note: This may be done with Venerable Persons of the Catholic Church.)

Pray, for evil is very strong in the world. Only through your prayer, your sacrifice, your penance, and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass can the world be saved, the judgment mitigated. Your helpers should pray a lot, otherwise they will not understand what I am doing. Otherwise the plan of God for this place and Germany will not be clear to them, the plan of the Father, that is My plan. The plan will remain unclear to those who do not pray and sacrifice. I want to save you and not punish you.”

The King of Mercy now presses His scepter to His heart and it becomes the Aspergill of His Precious Blood. He blesses and sprinkles us with His Precious Blood. Especially the sick and all people who think of him:

"In the name of the Father and of the Son–that is Me–and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."

Then the merciful child places His right foot on a stone at the edge of the well and says:

"Since My Blood does not flow in the Holy Sacrifice of Mass, I sprinkle you with My Precious Blood." (Own note: The Lord refers to the fact that no Holy Mass is currently being celebrated on the days of prayer meetings in Sievernich.) "Sacrifice and pray for peace, otherwise great suffering will befall you. I have told you before and I cannot tell you often enough: Listen to My Word, stay faithful to Me, stay faithful to the Holy Scriptures! I am the King of Mercy and I lead you through this time. Have no fear!”

Finally, the Lord asks for a specific prayer and says goodbye: “Adieu!”

We pray as requested:

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those who are most in need of Your mercy.

The Lord goes back into the light as do the angels. The spheres of light close and the sign appears: IHS. The spheres of light disappear.

From the Bible:

Exodus

2nd book Moses

Exodus, 19, 16-25

16. Now at daybreak two days later, there were peals of thunder and flashes of lightning, dense cloud on the mountain and a very loud trumpet blast; and, in the camp, all the people trembled.

17. Then Moses led the people out of the camp to meet God; and they took their stand at the bottom of the mountain.

18. Mount Sinai was entirely wrapped in smoke, because Yahweh had descended on it in the form of fire. The smoke rose like smoke from a furnace and the whole mountain shook violently.

19. Louder and louder grew the trumpeting. Moses spoke, and God answered him in the thunder.

20. Yahweh descended on Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain, and Yahweh called Moses to the top of the mountain; and Moses went up.

21. Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Go down and warn the people not to break through to look at Yahweh, or many of them will perish.

22. Even the priests, who do have access to Yahweh, must sanctify themselves, or Yahweh may burst out against them.'

23. Moses said to Yahweh, 'The people cannot come up Mount Sinai, since you yourself warned us to mark out the limits of the mountain and declare it sacred.'

24. Yahweh said, 'Away with you! Go down! Then come back bringing Aaron with you. But do not allow the priests and people to break through to come up to Yahweh, or he may burst out against them.'

25. So Moses went down to the people and spoke to them.

Justification through Jesus Christ

Humanity's need for salvation

1 Greeting

The sin of the pagan world. 18 The retribution of God from heaven is being revealed against the ungodliness and injustice of human beings who in their injustice hold back the truth. 19 For what can be known about God is perfectly plain to them, since God has made it plain to them: 20 ever since the creation of the world, the invisible existence of God and his everlasting power have been clearly seen by the mind's understanding of created things. And so these people have no excuse: 21  they knew God and yet they did not honour him as God or give thanks to him, but their arguments became futile and their uncomprehending minds were darkened. 22 While they claimed to be wise, in fact they were growing so stupid 23 that they exchanged the glory of the immortal God for an imitation, for the image of a mortal human being, or of birds, or animals, or crawling things. 18-23: The belief that we can recognize the existence of God from created things with the light of reason is unequivocally taught here. Ignorance of God is only possible through one's own fault. "Only the fool speaks in his heart: There is no God!" 24 That is why God abandoned them in their inmost cravings to filthy practices of dishonouring their own bodies 25  because they exchanged God's truth for a lie and have worshipped and served the creature instead of the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 That is why God abandoned them to degrading passions: 27 why their women have exchanged natural intercourse for unnatural practices; and the men, in a similar fashion, too, giving up normal relations with women, are consumed with passion for each other, men doing shameful things with men and receiving in themselves due reward for their perversion. 28 In other words, since they would not consent to acknowledge God, God abandoned them to their unacceptable thoughts and indecent behaviour.29 And so now they are steeped in all sorts of injustice, rottenness, greed and malice; full of envy, murder, wrangling, treachery and spite, 30 libellers, slanderers, enemies of God, rude, arrogant and boastful, enterprising in evil, rebellious to parents, 31 without brains, honour, love or pity. 32 They are well aware of God's ordinance: that those who behave like this deserve to die – yet they not only do it, but even applaud others who do the same. 26-32: Paul, who is not exaggerating, paints a shocking picture of the moral conditions in paganism. But the root of all this depravity is turning away from God. The sixth commandment is violated most where the first is not observed.

Remarks by Dr. Hesemann and the bull of Pius V.:

“Joshua, who was his assistant, was allowed to accompany Moses up Mount Sinai, but Aaron, his brother, led the elders of Israel, who accompanied Moses up the holy mountain, but waited for him halfway up. There God installed Aaron as high priest of Israel, an office that was passed on to his direct descendants, while the Levites, his tribe, henceforth exercised priestly ministries. Up to the time of the Maccabee revolts (2nd century BC), the office of high priest remained in the house of Aaron. When the Maccabees proclaimed it for themselves, the schism ensued, and followers of the Aaronite high priest went with him to Egypt, where they built an "alternative" temple. The Essenes, in turn, expected a high-priest Messiah from the house of Aaron and a royal one from the house of Aaron who would restore the "old order". Jesus was a Davidide through his grandfather Joachim, and also an Aaronite through his grandmother Anna, so that he was king and high priest at the same time, which is why the author of the letter to the Hebrews could write: "Now that we have an exalted high priest..." (Heb 4:14).

In his foreword "The Catholic Priesthood" to the book "From the Depths of the Heart" by Cardinal Sarah, Pope Benedict made it very clear that our Catholic priesthood goes back to the priesthood of the Old Covenant. Benedict XVI describes the Christian priesthood as a new interpretation of the Israelite high priesthood, in which in the figure of Jesus as high priest "the prophetic cult criticism and the cultic tradition originating from Moses merge". However, after the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), the determination of the relationship to the priesthood of the Old Testament “became unavoidable for the Catholic Church as well”. The understanding of offices "precipitated into us with tremendous urgency" and "has become an ongoing crisis of the priesthood in the church to this day".

Pius V (1566-72) was a truly holy pope. When Europe was threatened by the Turks, he introduced the rosary and the Angelus prayer and thus brought about the miracle of Lepanto: In the decisive naval battle of the "Holy League" against the Ottoman fleet, the Christians were at first hopelessly inferior, and the wind was against them. But at exactly 12 o'clock, when the Angelus was being prayed throughout the Christian world, the wind turned and let them launch a successful frontal attack on the Turks. He was also a great reformer who consistently implemented the decisions of the Council of Trent. With his bull "Quo primum" of July 14, 1570, he instituted what is now known as the "Tridentine Mass" "forever" and forbade it to be modified or abolished: "(…) that this present document [quo primum] cannot be revoked or modified, but remain always valid and retain its full force.” That was probably the “long letter” that the Lord showed Manuela.

Quo primum
Bull of St. Pope Pius V.
1570

Bull of St. Pope Pius V. introducing the Rom. Missal

Bishop Pius, Servant of Servants of God, for everlasting memory

From the very first, upon Our elevation to the chief Apostleship, We gladly turned our mind and energies and directed all our thoughts to those matters which concerned the preservation of a pure liturgy, and We strove with God’s help, by every means in our power, to accomplish this purpose. For, besides other decrees of the sacred Council of Trent, there were stipulations for Us to revise and re-edit the sacred books: the Catechism, the Missal and the Breviary. With the Catechism published for the instruction of the faithful, by God’s help, and the Breviary thoroughly revised for the worthy praise of God, in order that the Missal and Breviary may be in perfect harmony, as fitting and proper – for its most becoming that there be in the Church only one appropriate manner of reciting the Psalms and only one rite for the celebration of Mass – We deemed it necessary to give our immediate attention to what still remained to be done, viz, the re-editing of the Missal as soon as possible.

Hence, We decided to entrust this work to learned men of our selection. They very carefully collated all their work with the ancient codices in Our Vatican Library and with reliable, preserved or emended codices from elsewhere. Besides this, these men consulted the works of ancient and approved authors concerning the same sacred rites; and thus they have restored the Missal itself to the original form and rite of the holy Fathers. When this work has been gone over numerous times and further emended, after serious study and reflection, We commanded that the finished product be printed and published as soon as possible, so that all might enjoy the fruits of this labor; and thus, priests would know which prayers to use and which rites and ceremonies they were required to observe from now on in the celebration of Masses.

Let all everywhere adopt and observe what has been handed down by the Holy Roman Church, the Mother and Teacher of the other churches, and let Masses not be sung or read according to any other formula than that of this Missal published by Us. This ordinance applies henceforth, now, and forever, throughout all the provinces of the Christian world, to all patriarchs, cathedral churches, collegiate and parish churches, be they secular or religious, both of men and of women – even of military orders – and of churches or chapels without a specific congregation in which conventual Masses are sung aloud in choir or read privately in accord with the rites and customs of the Roman Church. This Missal is to be used by all churches, even by those which in their authorization are made exempt, whether by Apostolic indult, custom, or privilege, or even if by oath or official confirmation of the Holy See, or have their rights and faculties guaranteed to them by any other manner whatsoever.

This new rite alone is to be used unless approval of the practice of saying Mass differently was given at the very time of the institution and confirmation of the church by Apostolic See at least 200 years ago, or unless there has prevailed a custom of a similar kind which has been continuously followed for a period of not less than 200 years, in which most cases We in no wise rescind their above-mentioned prerogative or custom. However, if this Missal, which we have seen fit to publish, be more agreeable to these latter, We grant them permission to celebrate Mass according to its rite, provided they have the consent of their bishop or prelate or of their whole Chapter, everything else to the contrary notwithstanding.

All other of the churches referred to above, however, are hereby denied the use of other missals, which are to be discontinued entirely and absolutely; whereas, by this present Constitution, which will be valid henceforth, now, and forever, We order and enjoin that nothing must be added to Our recently published Missal, nothing omitted from it, nor anything whatsoever be changed within it under the penalty of Our displeasure.

We specifically command each and every patriarch, administrator, and all other persons or whatever ecclesiastical dignity they may be, be they even cardinals of the Holy Roman Church, or possessed of any other rank or pre-eminence, and We order them in virtue of holy obedience to chant or to read the Mass according to the rite and manner and norm herewith laid down by Us and, hereafter, to discontinue and completely discard all other rubrics and rites of other missals, however ancient, which they have customarily followed; and they must not in celebrating Mass presume to introduce any ceremonies or recite any prayers other than those contained in this Missal.

Furthermore, by these presents [this law], in virtue of Our Apostolic authority, We grant and concede in perpetuity that, for the chanting or reading of the Mass in any church whatsoever, this Missal is hereafter to be followed absolutely, without any scruple of conscience or fear of incurring any penalty, judgment, or censure, and may freely and lawfully be used. Nor are superiors, administrators, canons, chaplains, and other secular priests, or religious, of whatever title designated, obliged to celebrate the Mass otherwise than as enjoined by Us. We likewise declare and ordain that no one whosoever is forced or coerced to alter this Missal, and that this present document cannot be revoked or modified, but remain always valid and retain its full force notwithstanding the previous constitutions and decrees of the Holy See, as well as any general or special constitutions or edicts of provincial or synodal councils, and notwithstanding the practice and custom of the aforesaid churches, established by long and immemorial prescription – except, however, if more than two hundred years’ standing.

It is Our will, therefore, and by the same authority, We decree that, after We publish this constitution and the edition of the Missal, the priests of the Roman Curia are, after thirty days, obliged to chant or read the Mass according to it; all others south of the Alps, after three months; and those beyond the Alps either within six months or whenever the Missal is available for sale. Wherefore, in order that the Missal be preserved incorrupt throughout the whole world and kept free of flaws and errors, the penalty for nonobservance for printers, whether mediately or immediately subject to Our dominion, and that of the Holy Roman Church, will be the forfeiting of their books and a fine of one hundred gold ducats, payable ipso facto to the Apostolic Treasury. Further, as for those located in other parts of the world, the penalty is excommunication latae sententiae, and such other penalties as may in Our judgment be imposed; and We decree by this law that they must not dare or presume either to print or to publish or to sell, or in any way to accept books of this nature without Our approval and consent, or without the express consent of the Apostolic Commissaries of those places, who will be appointed by Us. Said printer must receive a standard Missal and agree faithfully with it and in no wise vary from the Roman Missal of the large type (secundum magnum impressionem).

Accordingly, since it would be difficult for this present pronouncement to be sent to all parts of the Christian world and simultaneously come to light everywhere, We direct that it be, as usual, posted and published at the doors of the Basilica of the Prince of the Apostles, also at the Apostolic Chancery, and on the street at Campo Flora; furthermore, We direct that printed copies of this same edict signed by a notary public and made official by an ecclesiastical dignitary possess the same indubitable validity everywhere and in every nation, as if Our manuscript were shown there. Therefore, no one whosoever is permitted to alter this notice of Our permission, statute, ordinance, command, precept, grant, indult, declaration, will, decree, and prohibition. Would anyone, however, presume to commit such an act, he should know that he will incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul.

Given at St. Peter’s in the year of the Lord’s Incarnation, 1570, on the 14th of July of the Fifth year of Our Pontificate.
